MICHEL'S - IN-STORE SEATING MODEL

1,000 to 2,000 square feet with in-store seating and a complete product offering. Open seven days a week during the commercial centre's business hours.

MICHEL'S - CAPTIVE MARKET MODEL

700 square feet: A kiosk-style space with designated or common seating. Catering and food service options only. Open five days a week during business hours. Can besmaller if off-site storage is available.
